Shipping

Due to postal reliability constraints, we are currently only shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom. To keep informed of any changes in the future, please sign up for our email list.

 

At Leiba Rose, we take pride in our dedication to prompt service, shipping orders 6 days a week. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day, with domestic deliveries typically taking 3-5 business days, barring any unforeseen route-specific delays.

We are pleased to offer wholesale pricing for larger orders. To receive a discounted rate, please contact us directly prior to placing your order.

Yes, we offer free shipping for US orders over $100 and International orders over $250.

Only packages over $500 require signature.

Occasionally, packages may be misdelivered to an incorrect address or mailbox by couriers and postal workers. To determine the delivery location of your order, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance. Should you require additional assistance locating your order, kindly contact our support team.

If you have not received a shipping update or your package has not been delivered within 14 days of your original order date, please contact us. At this point, USPS will consider your order lost, and we will be happy to reship your order to you free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to make changes to an order that has already been submitted for processing, please contact our support team at LeibaRoseBeauty@gmail.com. Please note that changes can only be made prior to order shipment.

We are pleased to offer customers the ability to exchange any unused items within 60 days of purchase at no additional cost. To initiate an exchange, please indicate the exchange request within your return box and allow 1-2 days for the processing and reshipment of your order.

Common reasons for credit card failure: Billing address OR phone number do not match the card on file, bank is set to block international transactions, purchase timed out after 15 minutes, or card has previously been flagged. Some browsers and VPN’s may interfere with purchases so if all of your information is correct please try again from a different browser or device.

Yes, we can accept gift cards or prepaid cards as forms of payment.

If you have not received an order confirmation after paying with cryptocurrency, please reach out to us at LeibaRoseBeauty@gmail.com and include: Name, Order ID, items ordered, and your blockchain confirmation.

Quality and Legality

The reference standard that 3rd party labs use to measure products against is also minimum 98% purity. In the case that our products come purer than the reference standard, a result as high as 101.9% can be seen on the test indicating a 98% reference standard and 99.9% pure sample.

Our prices are based on operational costs plus a small margin that allows us to invest in the development of new products. Our leverage is volume and industry experience. We purchase materials in bulk to take advantage of economies of scale in manufacturing and quality control.

Storage and Use

Liquid oils come with an included 1ml dropper, which is equivalent to 1 ml of fluid when full. This dropper is provided to ensure accurate and contamination-free measurements.

Because we don’t use exotic solvents, sometimes this can happen even in proper storage conditions. Simply run the bottle under warm water and shake to disperse contents for accurate measurement.

Our oils should be stored at room temperature out of direct light. Do not refrigerate the oils.
